Sure, they watch movies while scrolling on their phones and the occasional terrible movie becomes a cultural moment or viral thing that people partake in…because they are all sheep…drone…followers who eat out of the same trough..
I have seen some media coverage about how Movie Theatres are booming, that GEN Z is loving them as a concept, where they get to not look at their phones for 2 hours and have an immersive experience in a film….kinda like how people have been doing movies the first 150 years of movie making….
Even though, the movie theatres are all for sale, turned into club venues, or some other weird hybrid concept for BOOMERS…..
Then there’s that movie watching/tracking app that they have celebs using, so you can jerk off to the movies celebs like, and judge them based on their taste in movies that their staff likley for them to create some deeper version of them….who cares..
Maybe people do still like movies, maybe they are into celebs, but I highly doubt anyone’s decided to embrace the ACADEMY AWARDS, or really any award show, no matter how viral they try to take Kyle Jenner’s nerd boyfriend Chalement….
That shit is done, has seen all it has needed to see and people should never buy into any of the stories from the Oscars…
